3. In order to improve the splicing accuracy and disassembly efficiency of the LED display rental cabinet, the cabinet should be equipped with a locking device. If you need better cabinet, a special provision mechanism between the LED display cabinet should be added.
In order to ensure that there may be bumps and lamp beads on the cabinet during frequent disassembly, LED display manufacturers usually install a layer of protective components called masks in front of the LED modules.

3.The calculation method of the number of screen modules
Total area ÷ module length ÷ module height = number of modules used
For example, the number of modules of 10 square P16 outdoor led displays is equal to:
10 square meters ÷ 0.256 meters ÷ 0.128 meters = 305.17678 ≈ 305
Precise calculation method: length used modules × height used modules = total number of used modules
For example, P16led display with a length of 5 meters and a height of 2 meters uses the number of modules:
Number of modules used = 5 meters ÷ 0.256 meters = 19.53125 ≈ 20
Number of high-use modules = 2 meters ÷ 0.128 meters = 15.625 ≈ 16

5, the LED display power supply calculation method
The full-color unit board is calculated by the maximum power when it is fully lit.
a. The number of unit plates that a power supply can take = the voltage of the power supply * the current of the power supply / the number of horizontal pixels of the unit plate / the number of vertical pixels of the unit plate / 0.1 / 2
For example: semi-outdoor P10: 5V40A power supply can bring: 5 * 40 / (32 * 16 * 0.1 / 0.5) = 7.8 whichever is larger;
b. Find the required number of power sources according to the total power of the screen body = average total power/power of one power supply (power supply voltage * power supply current)
For example a bar screen with 12 P10 modules in long and 3 P10 modules with high usage: 36 modules in total. Then the number of required power supply = 32 * 16 * 0.1 * 36 * 0.5 / 5/40 = 4.6 whichever is larger (5 power supplies)
6, the LED display power calculation method
The formula for power is P = UI
P is power, U is voltage, and I is current.
Usually the power supply voltage we use is 5V, and the power supply is 30A and 40A;

LED display per square resolution = 1 / pixel pitch (unitized as M) / pixel pitch (unitized as M)
For example: P16 per square resolution = 1 / 0.016 / 0.016 = 3906 DOT (points)
